The addition of the guest house, originally built in 2007 as a retirement home for Lisa’s parents, and the addition of an in-ground pool, led to more and more improvements, many of which you can see on the amenities page. After 42 years of marriage, we think we have a pretty good idea of what people look for when they really want to relax and enjoy a day or a week, temporarily setting daily cares away. This house is just the right size for a business tavelers who want to relax after work, a family, a few friends, but no large groups. We are limited by our permitting to a total of 8 adults and 2 children, for a total of ten guests who stay at one time. While you may ask a few friends to visit for a couple of hours, longer stays or large groups, even family, do not meet our permit restrictions. Violations will require extra fees. Please check before booking. We attempt to individualize our set up for each guest prior to their arrival. It you need a pak and play or child safety gates, please let us know, for this reason and others, please, no surprise guests. The house is designed to absorb sound and create spaces for easy conversation. A place where you can be together; or find alone time if you need it. Welcome to our 1950 Mid Century now modern home. Location is very close to University of Oklahoma and everything downtown Norman has to offer. Home is completely updated and features hardwood and tile floors throughout. My favorite thing is the completely modernized kitchen with bar seating. The bedrooms are spacious & the bathroom is beautiful. There's a lot of storage on the hall & the home has wifi. We've expanded the living space with a huge deck, firepit area & picnic table.
